Please note that this Privacy Policy applies solely to the Virto Shared Calendar App (the “Service”) and not to any other services, websites, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Service.

You can select where your data will be stored within the subscription administration interface. Currently, two default locations are available: Western USA and Western Europe.
If no location is chosen, your data will be stored in the default location of Western USA. Note that we do not track your location; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant legislation regarding data storage.
5. Security of Your Information
We implement physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your data. Despite these measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security for data transmitted through our Service.
Virto Shared Calendar stores your data on Microsoft Azure, which provides industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security updates, and compliance with applicable Microsoft cloud security standards.
While Azure safeguards the infrastructure and data storage, Virto Shared Calendar allows you to share calendar information with external users outside your organization. Access to your calendar data is governed by the sharing permissions you configure. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to manage these permissions carefully and to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to your calendar information.
Virto and its service providers are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your sharing configuration or external sharing settings. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and organizational policies regarding data sharing and privacy.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may review, update, or delete personal identifiers by logging into your account settings. You may also contact us to deactivate your account or for privacy-related inquiries.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Identifiers from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Identifiers, we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page.
