If there is no expiration date for a user’s password, users will see this text:

Password expiration in an on-premises Active Directory (AD) environment is configured by the administrator via Group Policy (GPO) in the Default Domain Policy, by setting the Maximum password age parameter under Account Policies to a specific number of days.
