If the web part offers you to enter email address, the email sending is selected for password reset. In this case two possible options can work:
- The web part allows entering any email. Password will be sent to this email after the check.
- The web part allows entering only the email defined for user in Active Directory. If the email address is incorrect, the password will not be sent.
Fill out the required fields and click “Submit”.
If the entered information is correct, the password will be sent to the pointed email address (or confirming email message at first).
