1. Purpose
This Change Management Policy establishes the framework for managing changes to VirtoSoftware production systems, applications, and infrastructure. The policy ensures that all changes are assessed for security risks, tested, documented, and approved before deployment.
Primary objectives:
- Minimize security risks associated with system changes
- Prevent service disruptions that could impact customers
- Maintain compliance with Microsoft 365 App Compliance Program requirements
- Ensure consistent, repeatable deployment processes via CI/CD
- Provide audit trail for all production changes
