Upgrading Virto Notifications & Alerts On-Premises

If you already use Virto Notifications & Alerts On-Premises and need to upgrade it to the latest version, download the package for your SharePoint version from the product page. Unzip the file and run the setup program (SetupSE.exe for SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, Setup.exe for the other versions).

On the step 3 check the box “Upgrade” and click “Next”.

You can also run Deploy.ps1: if the solution is already installed, the script updates it (see Installing Virto Notifications & Alerts On-Premises).

Note: if you had activated the license while installing the previous version, you do not need to activate it again.
