Note: Getting an AppID is a straightforward process. First, go to the Bing Developer Center (http://www.bing.com/developers/appids.aspx) and sign in with your Windows Live ID. After signing in, you will be presented with a link to create a new AppID. Click the link, then supply basic information about your application and review the Terms of Use. After you have supplied the information and reviewed the Terms of Use, you will be presented with an AppID.
Note: By default Bing has intentional throughput limit, which is there to protect the MT service. If you need a higher throughput limit for commercial use, send email to mtlic@microsoft.com and ask for the commercial use agreement.
