User Permissions

• Permissions for Virto Calendar App are inherited from SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams user privileges. This ensures that existing user roles and permissions are respected and applied within the Virto Calendar App.
• Within the app, you can assign specific roles, such as calendar manager or license manager, to manage calendar settings and licenses.

Configuring Permissions

• Click the cog icon in the upper-right corner of the app.
• Select “Settings” followed by the “Permission” tab.
• Assign users as calendar managers or license managers.
