Message Template Settings
Switch to the Message View tab.
The default body contains the Item Title, Change Type and All field values tags. You can change them as well as any other information in a message.
Use the tag button in the toolbar to insert other tags; the Current Year tag inserts the current year (the default footer uses it).
Click “+” next to Header or Footer to open and customize these sections.
Select Include item attachments to attach the item’s files to the e-mail.
The “Body” section allows you to define a message view for recipients. The result of template adjustment may look this way:
