Virto Multiple Operations Settings

To access Site Settings in SharePoint On-Premises:

  1. Navigate to your SharePoint site
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select “Site Settings” from the dropdown menu

If you don’t see the “Site Settings” option, you may need to click on “Site Information” first and then “View all site settings”.

On the Site Settings page, in the Virto Multiple File Operations section, click Virto Multiple File Operations Settings. The other links in this section open the settings of each operation; see Settings levels and panel appearance.

In Specify the bulk actions available on the Ribbon, choose which operations appear on the ribbon of classic libraries (Classic) and on the command bar of modern libraries (Modern): Download, Copy and Move, Check-In, Delete, Edit, Upload. Click Save.

These settings exist only on the site level, and only site collection administrators can change them. If an operation cannot be turned on, the reason is shown below the table with a link to where it is fixed.
