Edit web part in Classic experience

The Edit operation is also available as a web part. On classic pages it is called Virto Multiple Data Edit. Add it to the page and choose the library and view as described in Adding Upload as a web part: Edit Web Part → Multiple Operations web part settings → Configure WebPart.

In the configured web part, select the files, select the checkbox of each property you want to change, enter the value and click Apply, or Apply and close. For details, see Working with Edit.
