Adding the web part

The Check In / Check Out operation is also available as a web part: Virto Multiple File CheckIn on modern pages (in the Virto Solutions group) and Virto Multiple Check-In on classic pages. It is added and configured like the other Virto Multiple File Operations web parts: choose the library and the view, and open Bulk Settings for the settings of this web part. See Adding Upload as a web part.

Working with web part

In the configured web part, select the files and click Check Out or Check In (or the “and close” variant), then confirm with Ok. To add a check-in comment, use the gear button in the upper-right corner. For details, see Working with Check In / Check Out.
