You can merge several alerts into one report with a single table, for example, to create a daily report and merge all list changes into a single table.
First, create an alert with a daily or weekly summary condition.

Add a table to the email body.
The alert body must contain the table only. The table must be the first element in your email body, added without spaces.

Type the header in the upper row of the table.
The header must not contain any field values or symbols that could change when the alert is sent.

Next, you can add tags to track their changes in your alert.

If, for example, the alert condition is triggered numerous times a day, all the alert emails will be merged into one daily summary alert.
