Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of products and services from UAB VirtoSoftware (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 

1. Products and Services Covered 

These Terms apply to: 

  • SaaS subscriptions (cloud-based software) 
  • On-premise software with optional annual support/maintenance 

2. How to Purchase 

Purchases can be made via: 

  • Our website (via 2Checkout / Avangate) 
  • Direct sales with invoicing and bank transfer 
  • Authorized resellers and partners

We also offer free trials and product demos with limited support. 

3. Payment Terms 

  • Website purchases are paid upfront; direct invoices are Net 30. 
  • Recurring subscriptions are available through our payment processor, with renewal reminders sent ~30 days in advance. 
  • Payments via our processor can be made using various supported methods; direct payments are via bank transfer.

4. Support and Maintenance 

On-Premise Maintenance 

Includes updates, bug fixes, and email support. Billed annually. Strongly recommended. 

Support Levels 

  • Standard Support: Included, responses within 48 hours 
  • Premium Support: Add-on, responses within 24 hours 
  • Enterprise / Custom Support: Tailored services via separate agreement

5. Cancellations and Refunds 

  • SaaS: Cancel anytime. Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase. 
  • On-premise licenses: Non-refundable once delivered. 
  • Maintenance plans: Can be auto-renewed; if auto-renewal occurs unintentionally, we offer 30-day refunds (if unused). 
  • Custom services: Non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

6. Licensing and Usage Rights 

Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license as specified in the applicable EULA.

Purchase does not transfer ownership. For complete licensing terms, please refer to the EULA for each product.
