These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of products and services from UAB VirtoSoftware (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Products and Services Covered
These Terms apply to:
- SaaS subscriptions (cloud-based software)
- On-premise software with optional annual support/maintenance
2. How to Purchase
Purchases can be made via:
- Our website (via 2Checkout / Avangate)
- Direct sales with invoicing and bank transfer
- Authorized resellers and partners
We also offer free trials and product demos with limited support.
3. Payment Terms
- Website purchases are paid upfront; direct invoices are Net 30.
- Recurring subscriptions are available through our payment processor, with renewal reminders sent ~30 days in advance.
- Payments via our processor can be made using various supported methods; direct payments are via bank transfer.
4. Support and Maintenance
On-Premise Maintenance
Includes updates, bug fixes, and email support. Billed annually. Strongly recommended.
Support Levels
- Standard Support: Included, responses within 48 hours
- Premium Support: Add-on, responses within 24 hours
- Enterprise / Custom Support: Tailored services via separate agreement
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- SaaS: Cancel anytime. Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- On-premise licenses: Non-refundable once delivered.
- Maintenance plans: Can be auto-renewed; if auto-renewal occurs unintentionally, we offer 30-day refunds (if unused).
- Custom services: Non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
6. Licensing and Usage Rights
Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license as specified in the applicable EULA.
Purchase does not transfer ownership. For complete licensing terms, please refer to the EULA for each product.
