Calendar Overlay Pro roles and permissions

There are two levels of permissions that are relevant to Virto Calendar Overlay.

First level: the permissions of the SharePoint site itself, set by the site administrator for user groups / specific users. Virto Calendar Overlay inherits these permissions.

Second level: the Virto Calendar Overlay permissions, whereby you can assign a user as a calendar manager who can modify calendar settings. Please go to the subpages to find out where to find these settings and how to configure them.

At the moment, when the tenant admin selects “Consent on behalf of your organization” and authorizes Virto Calendar Overlay, calendar permissions are the same for all users.
