Virto Calendar Overlay supports adding meeting rooms to a single calendar view. Many companies use shared email for booking meeting rooms, and you can add such an email address to your calendar settings to view meetings directly in your Virto calendar.
To add meeting rooms to your calendar, open the settings (using the “Edit Calendar” icon).
Scroll down to “Exchange settings” and type in the email address or addresses that your company or team uses for booking meeting rooms.
You can use the same method to add other users’ calendars as well as meeting rooms. If the chosen user shares more than one calendar, you can add all of them.
Check the box for “Display all.” Click “Save and open.”
Now your calendar includes the meeting rooms of the emails you added.
