Getting Started with Calendar Overlay Pro
Open the “Site contents” menu on the SharePoint site where you’d like to add the Virto calendar. Click “+” in the top panel and choose “App.”

Click “Find more apps in the SharePoint Store” and search for Calendar Overlay Pro.

Switch to the classic SharePoint view and click “Add it.”

The Calendar Overlay Pro app will be installed to your SharePoint site with a valid license.
Step 2: Add Calendar Overlay Pro to the site page
Open the site page where you’d like to add the CalendarOverlay Pro. Switch to edit mode and click “+.” Search for Virto Calendar and add it to your page.

Step 3: Authorization and permissions request
In this step, you will see a permissions request. Click “Login to Azure AD.”

If you have tenant administrator rights, check “Consent on behalf of your organization” and click “Accept.” Alternatively, contact your tenant administrator to do this.
If you don’t receive this alert message, just skip this step.

Step 4: Configure Virto Calendar
Now the app is ready for configuration! Click “Configure my Virto calendar.”

Now you can create your first Virto calendar. Specify the name for the new calendar.

Then choose a SharePoint calendar to take data from. If you have no appropriate SharePoint calendar on your site, you will see “No calendars existing.” In this case, you can add available Outlook calendars from the list. When you’re finished, click “Create & Go.”
