Virto Calendar App supports adding meeting rooms to a single calendar view. Many companies use shared email for booking meeting rooms, and you can add such an email address to your calendar settings to view meetings directly in a Virto calendar.
To add meeting rooms to your calendar, click the calendar name to open its settings.
Scroll down to “Exchange settings” and type in your company or team's email address used for booking meeting rooms.
You can use the same method to add other users’ calendars and meeting rooms. If the chosen user shares more than one calendar, you can add all of them.
Check the box for “Show all.” Click “Save.”
Now, your calendar includes the meeting rooms of the email addresses you added.
