When the file list is ready, click “Upload.”
Check that the “Uploaded” status appears next to all the files, and click “Close.”
You will see the uploaded files in the document library.
All files are uploaded to the current folder by default, but you can use the “Choose folder” button and change the destination folder.
Check the box “Overwrite existing files” to automatically overwrite files with the same names.
To change the overwrite settings, click “Library settings” in the library tab.
Change the settings under “Versioning settings” as needed.

With SharePoint File Uploader, you can define files properties either for each of uploaded files or as batch operation for all the files. This option is available for the following column types: single line of text, multiple lines of text, choice, number, currency, date and time, and yes/no (check box).
To define properties for all the uploaded files click “Set all files properties” and fill in the displayed form.
To edit the properties of a single file, click “Edit” next to it and fill in the necessary information.
To apply settings for a SharePoint farm, go to “Central Administration –> General Application Settings –> Virto Html5 Bulk Upload Settings” and define the upload settings that will be applied to the SharePoint farm.
If you apply upload settings for a list in this farm, the list settings will have a higher priority than the farm settings.
By default, SharePoint supports uploading files up to 50 MB in size. Here’s how to change the maximum file size:

Select your server.
Go to “Virtual Server General Settings” (in the “Virtual Server Management” block).

If you increase the file size limit, your site might occasionally time out for users while they are uploading files. To accommodate this issue you have to increase the default time out property for IIS.
If you receive error message when you try to upload a large file to a document library, use information from Microsoft 365 troubleshooting to resolve the problem.
