To start using the Virto SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web part on modern SharePoint 2019 sites or pages, please follow these steps or read the ReadMe_SPFX_ModernSites.txt if provided.
To install the SPFx web part, run the Setup.exe file as administrator under the farm administrator account.
Create an App Catalog in your SharePoint if necessary: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/administration/manage-the-app-catalog.
The .sppkg file will be automatically uploaded to “Apps for SharePoint.” Now you can add the web part on the modern pages or sites.
Please do not use the service administrative account to install and activate the SPFx web part on your sites.
The expected outage time is from two minutes to several hours, depending on your hardware and the number of SharePoint sites. However, we recommend all Virto users upgrade or install the web part on a weekend.
Please refer to the Virto license manager guide for detailed instructions on online/offline activation and deactivation.
Before you begin, ensure you have access to the server. Your account must have the appropriate administrative privileges to install applications.
The Virto Bulk File Delete setup program provides links to the various installation components for the calendar.
To access the Virto Bulk File Delete setup program, download Virto.SharePoint.FileDelete.X.X.zip and unzip it. Run the extracted Setup.exe file.
The setup wizard window will appear.
The Virto Bulk File Delete wizard will perform a system check before the installation. All the system checks must be completed successfully to proceed with the installation. After the checks have been completed, click “Next.”
Check the box, “I accept the terms in the License Agreement,” and click “Next.”
Select the web application(s) where you want to install the product.
You must be logged in to the SharePoint server with a Site Collection Administrator account to activate Virto Bulk File Delete automatically.
Click “Next.” Click “Close” to complete the installation.
Book a free 15-minute meeting with our technical team if you have any questions regarding setup, features, or pricing.
To uninstall the component, follow these steps:
Double-click the Setup.exe file extracted from the downloaded Virto.SharePoint.FileDelete.X.X.zip file.
The program will perform the system checks again. Once that has been completed, the program will prompt you to repair or remove the solution. Select “Remove” and click “Next.”
When you have installed and activated Bulk File Delete by Virto, you can use it as either a web part on a SharePoint site page or an additional feature on the ribbon.
When you choose the “Bulk Delete” option on the ribbon, you can delete all necessary files from a document library or list. Click the “Bulk Delete” icon to start.
With CAML builder, you can define search parameters to filter files in a library. Set conditions and click “Apply” to display only the required files from this library.
If you are trying to install the web part on a SharePoint 2019 server, you may get the following error while adding it to your site: “Sorry, apps are turned off. If you know who runs the server, tell them to enable apps.”
Here are the possible reasons and solutions

Select the view that will be used by default when opening the web part page.
