3. Name your poll to make it identifiable
4. Add details in description
5. Start adding your questions - pick the question type you need
6. 'Choice' allows you to add your options
7. Include an "Other" option to capture unexpected responses and new insights
8. Decide if you want to get only one or multiple answers
9. Decide if the question can be skipped or the answer is strictly required
