## Uploading files

1. Upload Multiple Files to your SharePoint Library — Discover how to quickly upload and edit files with advanced features and workflows.
2. Click the Upload icon to begin the process
3. Start the upload process by clicking the drop zone for your files.
4. Choose to overwrite existing files, maintaining version control in your repository.
5. Configure document settings to ensure proper classification and searchability.
6. Define the content type to apply appropriate metadata and workflows.
7. Access additional metadata fields to enhance document searchability.
8. Enter custom metadata to improve document findability and contextualization.
9. Save your metadata changes to update the document properties.
10. Complete the upload process and add your document to the repository.
11. Confirm your changes to finalize the document processing.
12. Click the arrow icon to expand the work zone.
13. Click 'Ok' to close the Upload and confirm the operation.

You can upload files or folders using drag-and-drop functionality or by clicking the "Add files", "Add folder" or "Upload archive content" buttons.

*Please note: SharePoint doesn't allow the upload of 0 KB (empty) files.*

By clicking on the edit icon, you can edit file properties such as file name, content type, title, lookup, and any other default or custom properties. If you want to delete a file without uploading it, simply click on the trash bin icon next to it.

The checkbox symbol appears after you have set properties for a file:

You can also click "Edit All" to set and apply the same properties to all files.

Click "Upload" at the top left to upload files. Once the files are uploaded, click "X" to exit the app.
