License Manager status and site license health

License Manager status (Central Administration)

In Central Administration, open Virtosoftware Web License Manager → Health. The License Manager status page shows:

  • Timer jobs — every Virto timer job, the web application it runs on and its status. Click the status to open the job.
  • License check — the time of the last license check (Last run) and the duplicate activations found (Duplicate activations: product, serial number, servers).
  • Deployed solutions — every Virto solution, the web applications it is deployed to, its status, and the state of its registration feature and Central Administration feature. A Central Administration feature that is missing or not active is shown in red; click its status to install and activate it. Click the registration feature’s status to register the product again, for example when it is missing from the Installed Products list after a failed installation. The Log icon gives a PowerShell script that collects the product’s SharePoint log entries from all servers — attach its output when you contact support.
