How to renew, turn off auto-renewal, change the card or get an invoice for a Virto subscription
Virto subscriptions bought on virtosoftware.com are sold through our payment processor, 2Checkout (Verifone). You manage them yourself in 2Checkout myAccount. Subscriptions bought through Microsoft or through a reseller are managed there instead — see the last two sections.
Open 2Checkout myAccount
- Go to https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/. In Virto Calendar App and Virto Shared Calendar, the Manage subscription link on the Subscription page opens the same address.
- Sign in with the e-mail address used for the order. If you have no password yet, request it with that e-mail address or with the order number from your order confirmation.
- Open My Products. Each product shows its subscription status, expiration date, history and invoice.
Turn off automatic renewal
In My Products, open the product and click Stop automatic subscription renewal. You can also follow the instructions in the expiration notification e-mail. The subscription stays active until its end date.
To cancel a subscription that has already renewed, see the refund rules in Terms and Conditions of Purchase, section 5.
Renew now
The Renew now link appears in My Products from 90 days before the expiration date. It opens a checkout with your current details filled in.
Change the card used for renewals
In My Products, click Update card info and enter the new card. A card can be replaced with another card; automatic renewal cannot be switched from a card to PayPal or Direct Debit.
Download an invoice
Click the order reference number of the purchase. The order page has the invoice with print and download options.
Find your license key
Keys and codes are under Registration info in My Products and on the order page.
Add users or change the plan
Do not buy the larger number of users through the online checkout. Virto Calendar App says on its Subscription page: “Upgrading your license? Please email support@virtosoftware.com - the online checkout doesn’t handle upgrades correctly.” Write to support@virtosoftware.com with the product, the new number of users and your SharePoint domain or serial number. The same applies when the number of licensed users after a renewal is lower than what you paid for.
Bought through Microsoft AppSource
A subscription bought as a SaaS offer in Microsoft AppSource is billed by Microsoft. In Virto Calendar App, open it with Manage SAAS subscriptions on the Subscription page; renewal, cancellation and invoices follow your Microsoft billing.
Bought through a reseller
Renewals, invoices and cancellations go through the reseller who sold the subscription.
On-premises licenses
On-premises products are renewed with a new subscription key or serial number; see How to renew a subscription / license.
