**Step-by-Step: How to Remove Alerts & Reminders**

1. **Reinstall the App (if it’s already been removed):**  
   In order to delete the alerts properly, the app needs to be active. So, if it’s already uninstalled, you’ll need to install it again temporarily.
2. **Delete All Alerts and Reminders Manually:**  
   Once the app is reinstalled, go into the app and delete all alerts and reminders you’ve created. Unfortunately, this part can’t be automated on our side – it has to be done manually.
3. **Remove the App from Your Environment:**  
   After all alerts have been deleted, you can go ahead and remove the app from your environment. Keep in mind: uninstalling the app will also disconnect it from your SharePoint lists.
4. **Let Us Know When You’re Done:**  
   Once the app is removed, please drop us a line at [support@virtosoftware.com](mailto:support@virtosoftware.com). We’ll then clean up any remaining backend data on our side so everything is nice and tidy.
