In the "**General**" section of reminder settings, choose a SharePoint list and fill in the other fields [as described for alerts](https://docs.virtosoftware.com/docs/alerts-and-reminders-by-virto/configuration-and-usage/creating-an-alert/general/index.md). The only difference is that you don't need to select a change type for a new reminder.
